The service
Nelqa is a free directory of places and phone numbers in Algeria. We do our best on accuracy but do not promise everything is complete or current: check before relying on it for anything important, especially medical or urgent.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and what you do with it. You must be at least 13.
What you add
When you add a place, number or review you confirm it is accurate to your knowledge and that you have the right to publish it, and you give us a free licence to show it in the app. Not allowed:
- fake or impersonated numbers or places;
- abuse, harassment or invading others’ privacy;
- spam and illegal content;
- trying to disrupt, hack or scrape the service.
Reporting and removal
You can report content in the app or write to [email protected]. We may remove offending content and suspend abusive accounts.
Listed providers
Nelqa only provides visibility: the app shows places and numbers so people can find them. We are not a party to any agreement or dealing between you and a tradesperson, doctor, shop or other provider, and we are not responsible for the quality, prices or actions of those providers, for any fraud, deception, fake announcement or false information coming from them or from other users, or for any harm that results. We do not verify everything that is published. Check for yourself before you pay or rely on anyone, and report suspicious content to us.
Ads
The app shows ads. We are not responsible for advertisers’ content or your dealings with them.
Liability
The service is provided as is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage from inaccurate information or from your dealings with a person or business listed in the directory.
Changes and ending
We may change or stop the service or these terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Algerian law.
